Lovely with fish and salad. Bright crisp and clean. Gets better the more you drink.

Other than it has a touch more acid than I would normally expect from a Pinot Noir, Blind this wine would fool a whole bunch of people! Cool climate Pinot Noir so crisp, bright fruit, lots of black plum, blackberry, black currant, a light minerality (slate, I think!) and a nice, medium bright finish! My very first Blanc de Noir, and I am a total addict! I am having it with Bratwurst and steamed veggies...fantastic!! This gets 2 thumbs up!!
