Patrick, owner of OneO Culinary Wine Tours and InterCourse Chef Services, is a Cordon Bleu trained Chef that brings his 20 plus years of culinary expertise to the classroom. He focuses on teaching new skills and techniques, and introducing surprising and interesting ingredients, often new to many of his students.
