This course provides specialist knowledge of the principal wines and spirits of the world. It applies the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) systematic approach to the professional evaluation of wines and spirits.

Learn to interpret information, develop a thorough understanding of market trends and make management decisions in a variety of trade and industry sectors within global and domestic markets.

Holders of the WSET Level 4 Award in Wines and Spirits will be able to:

identify characteristics of the principal wines and spirits of the world 
make informed assessments of a product’s quality and value
Identify appropriate opportunities for the products within a given market.

The Level 4 Diploma is WSET’s flagship qualification. The qualification is designed to prepare people for responsible jobs within the wine and spirit business. The course will not only develop product knowledge to a specialist level, but will also enable students to acquire skills that will continue to be of use beyond the course. The course is taught by industry experts including Masters of Wine and Diploma Graduates that have up to date knowledge of international wines and spirits.
