Into our 3rd decade of producing award winning Pinot Noir we bring a fresh take on an old world wine. Enjoy a vertical tasting flight exploring the difference in aging and vineyard placement within the unique Short Hills Bench. Highlighting our three tiers of Pinot Noir, this tasting will increase your appreciation for such a delicate and flavourful grape.

The tasting will begin with our youngest Pinot Noir, the 2012 classic. Rich and fruit forward this Pinot Noir is gentle and light on the palate. Following the 2012, taste and compare the difference in aging with our 2010 Estate Pinot Noir. With increased barrel aging, this Pinot Noir is heavier and bolder with hints of smoke and vanilla on the palate. To finish, enjoy our 2007 Speck Family Reserve Pinot Noir, with increased levels of complexity on the palate and a wonderful concentration of dense brambly fruit this wine shows beautiful structure.
