It’s back, by popular demand. Once a year, farm chef Derek Uhlemann resurrects the feast-of-meats that was Piggy’s BarBQ – a local homage to southern barbecue. Traditional slow cooked pork, brisket, collard greend, and all the delicious fixins…with a distinctive Okanagan twist. Pure, honest food. Tickets are $45 per person ++ and can be purchased online, or by calling 250 498 9463. Gathering is at 5:00pm, with dinner at 5:30pm.
