Tonight we're celebrating Sausage for the Summer Season. Just in time for Father`s Day this is a great evening out for you and Dad - although no parentage is required, all are welcome. Artisan sausage producer, avid locavore, sommelier and father, Angelo Bean, will show us how to create our own artisan sausage - the old way, using fresh meat, grinding by hand and stuffing the casings. He'll work side by side with you to create the most delicious, sausage you've ever eaten. Once the sausages are made, we'll move to the patio and learn to grill the perfect sausage and enjoy wines to match.
