About Alberto Torelli: Born and grown in Firenze, Alberto has a traditional Tuscany upbringing, with an enthusiastic passion for the green landscapes and handicraft, that in the local industry represents a remarkable share, nevertheless for food and wine discovered working in his family restaurants. Alberto studied Enology and Viticulture at Agriculture Institute - University of Florence and he had his first experience in 2002 showing his passion and his long sight mixing modern and old winemaking technicals. During other study about the possibility to improve wine evolution without oxigen involving, he started to work at Collazzi Estate under supervision M.se Lamberto Frescobaldi and since 2007 became Cellar Master During the freetime he likes biking, play soccer and cook for his family and friends. Alberto continues the collaboration with the University of Florence on some projects.
