The Swine & Sow’s eclectic Menu is inspired by Locally Produced & Farmed Ingredients along with Modern Butchery techniques in a Vibrant, Fun Farmhouse Tavern setting. Our Executive Chef Ian Smith has built a community of purveyors to supply our restaurant with pristine, hand-selected Alberta Pork, Lamb & Beef along with Ocean Wise Seafood. Our Farmhouse Cuisine is paired with an extensive Canadian & International Craft Beer list, featuring 50 Ales, Lagers, Stouts & Ciders along side 100 carefully selected Wines from around the globe.
Swine & Sow’s Menu was developed to create an Escape from the daily Norm. From our signature Swine Burger to Housemade Terrines & Charcuterie. Our thoughtful Menu Items also include other favourites like our Farmhouse Salad, Crispy Pork Bellies, Reserve Angus Shortrib Stroganoff, Leek & Parmesan Crusted Steelhead, as well as a Diablo Chocolate Crème Brulee. We also offer many exciting rotating menu items, such as our Daily Roasts, which reflect the very Best Local and Seasonal Ingredients available.

The Swine & Sow’s expansive layout features Rustic Wood Furnishing, Polished Concrete, Bright Tonal Tile Work along with Black Steel and Pop’s of Bright Red throughout the space. Our spacious interior offers a large New York style Bar along side extensive Lounge seating, with an Open Mezzanine, and a Large Private Dining Space.
