Singl-end is a community café and bakehouse.
It is home to a main café dining area with a take-away section and a flexible, private dining area to cater for special events.
The café menu has been inspired by the growing demand for superfoods and raw ingredients such as Camargue rice, quinoa, nuts, citrus fruits and spices.
The menu also includes specialty soaked oats, home-made chutney's and jams, gluten-free sweet potato bread and savoury tarts, hand-made fennel sausages and rare roast beef.
A wide selection of bread and cakes are freshly prepared on the premises.
Much of the produce on the café and takeaway menu is inspired by the owners’ Italian and Scottish heritage, with a wide selection of fresh local ingredients and Italian fine wines, specially selected rums, handmade Grappa and other beers and ciders on offer.
Within the café there is a dedicated, food crazy, small team who look after both front and back of house.
