Conceptualized and owned by acclaimed restaurateur Julian Wright, Pedal Haus was built to be a haven for lovers of bikes, good times and great beer. To accomplish this, Wright gathered a team of all-star chefs to design a menu that combines our haus-brewed beers with locally sourced food. He also recruited Derek Osborne, former director of brewery research and development for BJ’s Restaurant and Brewery.
For more than a decade, Doc (as we like to call him) designed recipes that were used at all BJ’s locations and won more than two dozen medals at the Great American Beer Festival and World Beer Cup, the largest commercial beer competitions in the nation.
Pedal Haus features Tempe’s biggest patio, which includes a massive fire pit and an outdoor beer garden packed with games like cornhole, ladderball and ping pong. Whether you want to grab dinner, sip on classic examples of traditional beer styles or simply hang out for a while, we invite you to make our haus your home.
