It is at the corner of McGill and Wellington Streets that Francis Rodrigue opened his new restaurant project, Jellyfish Crudo Charcoal.

We find in the kitchen are the talented young chef Mathieu Masson-Duceppe, winner of an episode of Chopped Canada in June 2015. It proposes a shared kitchen updated with Asian influences.

Crudo and charcoal are the dualities of the vintage and the aromas of the charcoal grill.
