EatBar is a reimagined tip of the hat to our eponymous neighborhood bar opened by Nathan Anda nearly decade ago in Arlington. It was there that Nate began his foray into butchery and craft charcuterie, the net of which gave form to Red Apron, the Partisan and B Side. Far from carbon copy, EatBar Capitol Hill nonetheless celebrates the original’s spirit, along with its jukebox, a portion of its zinc bar and a few other familiar touches - with a deliciously idiosyncratic menu backed by an extraordinary collection of wines, beers and spirits. We hope you enjoy this re-boot as much as we have putting it all together, and look forward to years of good food, good tunes and good times together.
