DIE PIE is a team of two passionate Edmontonians who love what they do just as much as they love great food. Unsatisfied with what limited fine food options are available to vegans and vegetarians, Neil and Karuna have embarked on a mission to change the game by creating delicious, healthy recipes that are organic and ethically made.
Their restaurant is dedicated to leading a clean food revolution in Edmonton. Fresh, flavourful recipes and ingredients are their mandate, leaving no room for GMO enhanced produce, chemicals, preservatives, artificial sweeteners or dairy filled with hormones. By fusing together ethnic styles of cooking such as East-Indian and Asian, incorporating super-foods that nourish the body, and honouring the tradition of Italian Neapolitan-style pizza, DIE PIE is set to be a fine dining experience like no other.
