Welcome to Cuvée 103 Bistro & Wine Bar where our concept is a cuvée or blend of FRESH & SEASONAL food, an extensive wine list - over 140 selections! - 24 craft beers and LIVE music weekly. (During the summer, this schedule may vary. Click "LIVE MUSIC" on menu bar for more info.)

Our seasonal menu, created by Executive Chef Jason McFarland, who hails from such prestigious establishments as McKendricks Steak House - Atlanta, Cinebistro - Atlanta & Tampa and Jackson's Bistro - Tampa, in collaboration with owners John and Däna Zias, offers delectable and creative choices ranging from appetizers to desserts which are made from scratch DAILY.  

Our menus change quarterly to insure we use the freshest seasonal produce & proteins, but a few items always seem to carry over as our guests have their favorites!

Cuvée 103 Bistro & Wine Bar has no freezer or microwave.  This is why we encourage our guests to make reservations a day in advance so that we may have plenty of your favorites on hand!

Our two main wine aficionados are Jacquie Man - a Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) & Todd York - WSET Level 111 certified, both of whom have many personal stories to share.  They will educate & entertain you!  Our waitstaff is the other very important piece of the pie who deliver friendly, knowledgeable & attentive service.
