Named after the distinctively-shaped lighthouse that guides ships passing Orient Point to their destinations, Coffee Pot Cellars is the brightest new light in North Fork wine. Its first vintage in 2008 was the realization of veteran North Fork winemaker Adam Suprenant's vision: To handcraft a small, focused portfolio of ultra-premium wines that expressed the full potential of the region's terroir.
The five wines--Merlot, Meritage, Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc--combine grapes from expertly-farmed vineyards with the winemaking skills Adam has honed over a distinguished career that includes a UC-Davis Master's degree, training at Bordeaux's Chateau Lafite-Rothschild and top Napa Valley wineries, and (most importantly) over fifteen years making award-winning, critically-acclaimed wine on the North Fork.
Our brand new tasting room, located on the Main Road in Cutchogue, NY opened Memorial Day Weekend 2013. In addition to our award winning wines we also showcase the products of local beekeeper, Laura Klahre, which she offers through her company Blossom Meadow.
