Art of the Table is a neighborhood restaurant located in the Wallingford neighborhood in Seattle. For over eight years, we have been the restaurant in Seattle to celebrate food and those who dedicate their lives to raising, growing, foraging and catching our produce in the Pacific Northwest. Through our intimate dining room, our 5-seat “chefs table” overlooking the kitchen, and our close relationship with local farmers and artisans, we aim to be the restaurant that invites you to celebrate food and diversity that our neighboring mountains, seas, and farmlands have to offer. The menu at Art of the Table, crafted by chef Dustin Ronspies, changes regularly to reflect a full range of seasonal, local produce, with all items made from scratch. We highly recommend our tasting menu as the best expression of what we do. We offer a paired 3-course or 5-course chef's tasting menu Wednesday through Sunday. Along with our tasting menus, we offer a la carte dining in addition to our tasting menu on Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
