Weddings happen all year around, but wedding season starts now!

Here are some fresh ways to use that wonderful beverage we all know and love in some fun non-traditional ways.

Bottling your own signature wine and/or making your own wine labels is a great way to hit two birds with one stone. Firstly, you can use it as a commemorative giveaway and secondly you can serve it at your wedding with the sense of accomplishment that you made it yourself. Not to mention all the fun, memories and great experience of a cool date night. So get googling and find a winery or retailer near you.

Wine bottles can also be integrated to make great centerpieces for your wedding. You can use bottles with your labels, bottles of your favorite wine, you can paint plain bottles or just use them as is letting the beauty of what’s inside shine through. Inside the bottles you can put candles, flowers, candies or whatever your imagination can dream up.

Choose to leave the bottles plain (like the above image) or you can wrap them to create a more uniform look.

Make your tables look more elegant by using wine bottles as table numbers.

Sand Pouring Ceremonies (AKA: Unity Ceremonies) have become pretty popular. We loved this beautifully decorated wine bottle unity set or take it one step further… if you are both wine lovers pour your two favorite wines together. You might even come up with a pretty decent tasting mixture.
