Regarded as one of the best chefs in the world, having been invited to The Best Chefs Awards, and nominated as the Best Rising Chef in 2017. Tadashi Takayama has spent the last years few years of his life working at illustrious Michelin star restaurants in Italy, such as Kresios, known for its modern Italian cuisine. As such, he has cultivated a large Instagram following (@tadashi_takyama) known for his Italian influenced dishes, utilizing the traditional Japanese ingredients he has grown up using. Tadashi has ultimately planned to open his own restaurant, Takayama, in Kyoto, later this year, and this is will be a great opportunity to taste his talent.

 

Pooches & Prosecco Training Class

It’s the same grape, different name. Have you ever wondered about the difference between these two grape varieties? France’s Rhone Valley is Syrah’s natural home. Thanks to Australia, Shiraz has become a cult of personality. Produced with the Syrah grape, Shiraz seems to have its own character. We will put these two wine styles in a blind flight to see what these differences really are. The flight will include Syrah and Shiraz from France and Australia. There is sure to be some spice on this evening.
